Sharing the links to library databases is not as easy as copying and pasting the URL from your internet browser. In order for students and faculty to be able to access our materials from off-campus, we pass our links through a proxy; this ensures that only those who are affiliated with QU can access our databases. 

If you would like to link to a library database, an e-book, or other library resources in your course materials, you can use the proxy generator below to create a link that will allow your students to view library materials from home.

  • The link must be a stable, persistent link.
  • You do not need to add the proxy to freely available sites (such as Google) or links that already begin with http://libraryproxy.quinnipiac.edu/login?url=
