This FAQ is about the New (Blue) version of RefWorks, released to Quinnipiac in 2020. If you are currently using the Legacy (Orange) version of RefWorks, please consider migrating to the newer, more full-featured version, using the instructions below. Switching from the legacy (orange) RefWorks to the New (blue) Reworks is very easy. You can import all of your references and your folder structure in just a few clicks!
1. Login to the new RefWorks. If you haven't yet created a new account, please follow the instructions here.
2. Once in your new account, click the ADD button (plus sign at the top left) and then select IMPORT REFERENCE.
3. Select LEGACY RefWorks
4. Select AUTHORIZE
5. Enter Legacy Login information and select Login
6. RefWorks will import your references, folder structure, and any custom output styles in the Legacy account. Your imported records will appear in the Last Imported folder as well.
