This FAQ is about the New (Blue) version of RefWorks, released to Quinnipiac in 2020. If you are currently using the Legacy (Orange) version of RefWorks, please consider migrating to the newer, more full-featured version, using these instructions. Information about the Legacy version can be found here.

Before you start, have a PDF of the article that you want to attach already downloaded and accessible.

1.  Click on the citation to which you would like to add an attachment. A sidebar should appear on the right side of the screen with details about the article.

2. Click on the Edit button, shaped like a pencil, in the top right corner of the screen.

3. Click the Add an Attachment paperclip icon and select the document you wish to attach.

4. The document might take a couple of minutes to load. Once it does, click save in the top right corner of the screen. If the loading has stalled, just click save.
