In APA 7, point of care databases are cited by the method by which they are accessed. 

 

If accessed by computer, use the following format:

Generic: 

Author, A. A, & Author, B. B. (Year). Title of article. Database Name. Retrieved Month Day, Year, from https://www.xxxxxxxxxxxxx

   
Ex with author:
