You can cite a newsletter as you would cite a newspaper or magazine.

Typically the the following information should be included:

  1. name of author (if given), 
  2. title of article,
  3. name of newspaper (italicized)
  4. date of newspaper issue or online publication
  5. section (if applicable)
  6. page numbers (if applicable)
  7. online accessed date (if applicable)
  8. website address (if applicable)
